Eligibility for Refunds

Since our services involve custom development and digital marketing strategies tailored to client requirements, refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances:

Web & Mobile Application Development

  • If the project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund may be issued.
  • If the project is in progress, refunds will be issued based on the work completed. Any non-recoverable costs incurred will be deducted.
  • No refund will be provided once the final deliverables are handed over to the client.

Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media, PPC, etc.)

  • If a campaign has not been initiated, a full refund may be provided.
  • Once the campaign has started, refunds will be provided based on work completed and costs incurred.
  • No refunds will be issued for services already delivered, including ad spends made on behalf of the client.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registration, hosting, or third-party software costs.
  • Completed website, web, or mobile application projects.
  • Graphic design, branding, and content writing services once delivered.
  • Any custom development work where milestones have been achieved.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Submit a refund request via email to [Your Email] with details of the service and reason for the request.
  • The request will be reviewed within 7 business days, and a response will be provided.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we encourage clients to reach out to us directly for resolution. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled as per the terms mentioned in the service agreement.
