Shipping Policy

01

Introduction

At Veenus Mind Media, we specialize in developing websites, web applications, mobile applications, and digital marketing solutions for our clients across India and abroad. As our services are entirely digital, we do not ship any physical products. This shipping policy outlines how we deliver our digital services and projects.

02

Delivery of Services

Since our offerings are digital in nature, all services are delivered electronically via email, cloud storage, or direct deployment on client servers. The specific method of delivery depends on the type of service provided:

• Website Development & Web Applications: Deployed on client hosting or shared via secure link.
• Mobile Applications: Delivered through app store deployment or download links.
• Digital Marketing Services: Provided via reports, dashboards, and live campaigns.

03

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on project scope and requirements. Estimated timelines are shared with clients during discussion and mentioned in the proposal or agreement.

04

Confirmation of Delivery

Once the service is delivered, confirmation is shared through email or agreed communication channels. Clients may be asked to review and approve the final delivery.

05

Refund & Cancellation

As no physical goods are shipped, refunds and cancellations depend on the nature of the service. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed terms.
